Evelyn Lemly is the CEO of Kairos Prison Ministry International, where she has been a catalyst for positive change since January 2013. Evelyn embraces a
vison and makes it reality through her sound decision making. She is an inspirational leader respected for her incredible work ethic and integrity. Evelyn
earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.
Under her leadership the ministry currently serves in nearly 500 institutions and communities throughout the world sharing God's love and forgiveness to
those affected by incarceration.
Evelyn's experience spans the corporate and nonprofit ministry sectors in areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, program and business
development, fundraising, marketing and communications including brand innovation, creative development and media relations. Her passion for the ministry is
demonstrated by her tireless work on behalf of men, women, youth and their families affected by incarceration. She serves on the advisory board and is
Vice President of the Correctional Ministries and Chaplain Association. She also serves in the Lausanne Correctional Ministries Leaders Group and on the advisory
board of The Institute for Prison Ministries, a department of the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism at Wheaton College. She participates and hosts the
Fourth Day Ministries annual forum and also serves as Secretary on the Executive committee of COPE, the Coalition of Prison Evangelist. She is a supportive
and active leader in her church.
Evelyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University and her MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New
York.
